MST sophomore Alex Yu was recently named as a 2025-2026 Enspire Arts Ambassador for violin, and awarded a $650 scholarship. Enspire Arts serves the Clark County region in arts and education programs for the community, and supports young artists with scholarships and mentor instruction yearly. Alex, who has been playing violin for over 7 years, says that the application was “a challenging process, and a good way to get out of my comfort zone.” Congrats Alex!
