A group of four Magnet freshmen recently competed in the Southwest Regional Envirothon with a special focus on urban forestry. There are 6 regional events in the state and the top performers are invited to a statewide competition taking place later in May. The team took 1st place in the Wildlife category, and 2nd place overall out of 19 teams. Nice work, Magnetos!
